Pirate Days sets sail July 17-19, 2026, promising a swashbuckling weekend your whole crew will treasure for years to come.

Now in its 13th year, SML Pirate Days is a three-day, pirate-themed celebration supporting local nonprofits and businesses.
The fun kicks off Friday night with the Pirate’s Ball at Mango’s Bar and Grill, featuring live music by SupaFly Five. Join the costume contest or sit back with a specialty cocktail as pirates take to the dance floor from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m.
Saturday morning begins with Pancakes with Pirates at Cancun Bar and Grill at Bridgewater Plaza. This family-friendly event invites kids to meet pirates, enjoy face painting and take part in a coloring contest.
Pancakes are served from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., and limited tickets must be purchased in advance through the SML Regional Chamber of Commerce.
After breakfast, stop by Fun-N-Games Arcade where local author Kristy Kraft will be signing copies of her high-seas adventure, “True Treasure” until 12:30 p.m. Miss the signing? Copies are also available at Gifts Ahoy, also at Bridgewater Plaza.
The main event runs Saturday and Sunday starting at 10 a.m., with live music, roaming pirates, cannon and black powder demonstrations, plus food and craft vendors. Keep an eye on the water for pirate ship battles. The venue and other details were still being worked out at press time.
