Spring is a season of renewal, and there’s no better time to embrace the beauty and energy of our vibrant community of Smith Mountain Lake. Blossoming trees frame the shoreline, gardens begin bursting with color and the water beckons us back for boating, fishing and simply soaking in the beauty that surrounds us.

In this issue, we’re excited to introduce our inaugural Home and Garden special section. Whether you’re refreshing your home (on or off the water), designing a vibrant garden or upgrading your dock with the latest trends, you’ll find expert tips and creative ideas to elevate both your indoor and outdoor living spaces.

We’re also preparing to kick off another year of exciting events at the lake! We’ve rounded up the top happenings of the season, along with the area’s most popular annual events, so you can start planning a year filled with unforgettable experiences. Of course, the best and easiest way to keep up with all the latest is by subscribing to our weekly email newsletter.
