Mariners Landing Restaurants: Open to All, No Membership Required

You don’t have to be a member of Mariners Landing to enjoy its diverse dining options. Choose from four unique spots—Tiff’s Lakefront, Bruno’s Clubhouse Bistro, Bottles & Bites and Mariners Marketplace—each offering its own vibe and flavor. Enjoy lakeside fare with craft cocktails, wood-fired pizza by the greens or convenient grab-and-go bites. Tiff’s and Bruno’s are open year-round; Bottles & Bites and the Marketplace are seasonal favorites.

After two decades at the helm of The Landing Restaurant, Tiffany and Bruno Silva were ready to chart a new course. Inspired by the idea of a more relaxed dining experience with unbeatable lake views, they created a new concept featuring a vibrant, updated menu. Guests can look forward to an array of shareable plates, crisp salads, handcrafted sandwiches and wraps, hearty pastas, and a variety of steaks and seafood—plus a few beloved favorites from The Landing.

Appetizers

• Tuna Ceviche – Colorful, zesty tuna and citrus ceviche served on crisp yucca chips
• Take A Dip Trio – Fresh guacamole, scratch-made salsa, and Lo’s cheesy bean dip served with crispy house chips (vegetarian upon request)

Salads & Sandwiches

• Salmon Salad – Grilled salmon, crisp greens, citrus and almonds with a light, bright vinaigrette
• The New Hot Chick – Crispy fried chicken, melty pimiento cheese and a drizzle of hot honey

Entrees

• Chilean Sea bass – Pan-seared sea bass served over wild mushroom and preserved lemon risotto with a rich bouillabaisse broth
• Pan-Seared Salmon – Garlic and lemon marinated salmon served with Mama’s rice, fresh veggies, and dill yogurt sauce
• Pollo a la brasa – Peruvian-style rotisserie 1/2 chicken, cucumber peanut salad, fried yucca tostones or french fries, aji verde sauce
• Linguini primavera – Linguini with mushrooms, squash, zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, peas, and basil in a lemon cream sauce with pecorino, served with ciabatta and Huancaína & anticucho sauces
