We’re breaking ground this summer on an 8,800-square-foot custom home in Penhook, the result of a two-year collaboration with the owners and architect. Designed with insulated concrete forms, geothermal HVAC and high-end features like exposed beams and an elevator, it’s a true showcase of craftsmanship and innovation.

We use high-quality products and avoid builder-grade materials whenever possible. As a long-time lake contractor also handling renovations and repairs, we’ve seen plenty of products fail after just a few years due to poor quality or subpar installation.
